Honors Student Council (HSC)

The Honors Program's Student Council is a newly-established, student-led organization
which will plan and promote honors activities at Orange Coast College and provide a voice for OCC students, especially those enrolled in the Honors Program, on the faculty-
led Honors Program Advisory Committee. Among our goals is to ensure that the OCC
Honors Program experience is valuable and enjoyable for students, faculty, and the
entire OCC community.

A list of the current officers and board members of HSC appears below. Full position
descriptions (duties and responsibities) appear in the HSC by-laws (Note: as of July 1, 2011,
the HSC bylaws are being drafted for the first time. Watch this space for a link to the
approved bylaws in Spring 2012. A calendar of planned HSC meetings will be posted here
in Spring 2012.
