Course Offerings Physical Education 124AD - Strength & Balance Mobility issues faced by senior adults are often a result of poor muscular strength and endurance. This course will help improve your overall strength, an important component to a healthy lifestyle. In addition, balance and stability concepts will be explored and specific exercise taught and practiced. Physical Education 127AD - Cardio & Stretch As older adults become more sedentary, they lose the ability to sustain activity, which further contributes to their sedentary lifestyle. This course will improve your cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Facilities Through our classes, participants have access to the following well maintained, state-of-the-art fitness facilities.
