Orange Coast College's courses in Gender Studies offer students the opportunity to better understand the role of gender through a transdisciplinary analysis of gender. Students can study gender's relation to the workplace, power and politics, careers and leadership, communication, and history. Scholarship in Gender Studies can unite and illuminate these seemingly disparate areas of study, and can also shine a light on gender issues in students' daily life.
