PERMIT PROCEDURES

Student parking permits are available for purchase on-line only.  Non-students can purchase a parking permit at the OCC Bursar's Office, NOT at the Campus Public Safety Office. 

To purchase an OCC student parking permit using a credit card:


Go to the A&R's Registration Fees page and click on "Purchase Parking Decal." You can complete this simple form online and pay the $30.00 fee by credit card. E-mailed receipts and the parking permits are mailed the next business day. This is the quickest, most convenient method to purchase your parking permit.

To purchase an OCC student parking permit using check or cash:

Students must order permits on-line and go to the 1st floor of the Watson Hall Enrollment Center to pay at the Registration Window. Parking Permits are mailed the next business day.

You must personally appear at the OCC Campus Public Safety Department within twenty-one (21) days from the ordered date if you did not receive your parking permit in the mail.  A replacement parking permit will not be issued after twenty-one (21) days from the ordered date.

Note: Parking permits are required to park in all non-metered student parking areas at Orange Coast College.
