Apply to OCC online at www.orangecoastcollege.edu. Click on the "Prospective Students" window, followed by "Enrollment Steps". You can also enroll in person at Watson Hall on the Coast campus. Take the Pirate Way exit off of Fairview Road, across the street from Costa Mesa High School. Watson Hall is the four-story, glass building next to the gymnasium parking lot.

⃞ STEP #2 - PLACEMENT TESTS - The best way to fulfill this requirement, if you haven’t already done so, is to take the SOAR test at your high school AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you are unable to take it at your high school, call the OCC Assessment Center at  (714) 432-5789 to schedule your placement tests (English and math – same as the SOAR test). You can also go to the Assessment Center, located in the Special Services building behind the Admissions office, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to schedule your appointment. Make sure you bring a pencil and some form of photo identification with you when you go for the test. Next, and last, Step #3…

⃞ STEP #3 - ORIENTATION APPOINTMENT - Call the Counseling Office at (714) 432-5078 to schedule your orientation session. You can also schedule it in person at the Counseling Office (in the OCC Quad under the blue clock tower near the Bookstore and Student Center) between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Friday. Make sure you bring your placement tests scores with you because you will meet with a counselor during the orientation to discuss what classes you need to register for.
