Amy Cady received a B.S.ed. in performance and choreography from the University of Georgia and holds an MFA in Dance from University of California Irvine with an emphasis in computer technology. Amy also received her certification in the Pilates Method in October of 2000. Amy's teaching experience includes the Pilates method, modern technique, ballet technique, jazz technique and technology/on-line courses. She has performed and choreographed in various dance venues such as American Dance Festival, American College Dance Festival, Boulder Jazz Dance Workshop and founding member of Core Dance and Touring Company based in Athens, GA. She has also danced and choreographed semi-professionally in Atlanta for Dance Force Dance Company and Room to Move Dance Company. Currently, Amy is on the dance faculty at Orange Coast College, Irvine Valley College, Saddleback College, Studio du Corps , and is on the Board of Directors for Rhapsody in Taps .
