On the Home Page of your Course you will see various icons.  You can access each of these sections by clicking on the icons, or by navigating through the course using the "Course Tools" menu on the left. Remember, all courses use different Course Components, so your course's Home Page may have different icons or text than the example above. Some of the links on the "Course Tools" menu at left will appear in your course, some will not, and you may even have some tools that are not listed above.

Be An Explorer!

When you first go into your online classroom, spend some time exploring the Home Page.  Click on each link. Some links will take you directly into sections of your course.  Other links will take you to another screen where you will see more links. It doesn't hurt to browse around!  The only thing you don't want to explore beforehand is your Assessments - do NOT click "Begin Assessment" until you are ready to take the quiz/exam. If you click it early, that will count as your Assessment attempt.
