There are always two sets of navigation at the top of the screen. 

At the very top of the online classroom screen, just below your browser tool bars, there are some special navigation tools. 

• My Blackboard
  This link takes you back to the My Blackboard page. 
• Accessibility
  This link takes you to information regarding Blackboard Vista's accessibility for all users. 
• Help
  This link provides assistance that corresponds with the part of the course you are currently viewing.
• Log Out
  This link logs you out of the Blackboard Vista learning system.
  If you are using a public or shared computer, always be sure to log out of your course before leaving the computer!

Below the name of your course, when you first log in, you’ll see, "Your location: Home Page."  As you navigate the course, these links change to show you your path. This chain of links will help orient you in your class; these links are called Breadcrumbs.  As you move around your course, a series of words will appear here that will all be active links to the parts of the course you have just visited.  This is the best way to return to any of the pages in the course that you have just left.
