Competitive CalGrant deadline for 2009-2010 award year. If you are an OCC student and have completed the required units at OCC, OCC will electronically transmit your GPA. If you have multiple transcripts that have to be compiled, the OCC Records Office will complete this for you. Please call 714 432-5072 for more information regarding the GPA Verification Form

Fall Return to Title IV date for those students who withdraw from all of their classes. These students must see a Financial Aid Specialist prior to their withdrawal from all courses - they may have to return funds that have been disbursed

2009-2010 renewal FAFSA applications mailed to continuing students who applied for financial aid in 2009-2010 and who have maintained the same home address since the time the FAFSA was originally submitted. ****NOTE: This is subject to change, as the Department of Education may not mail renewal notices. CalGrant deadline for the 2010-2011 award year. FAFSA and CalGrant GPA Verification Forms must be postmarked by this date. Students should obtain a “certificate of mailing” as proof of the date the forms were mailed
