Welcome to the Financial Aid Office web site. The Financial Aid Office staff are here to assist you and your parents with questions regarding the student financial aid process – application through disbursement of funds. The information on this web site has been prepared in an effort to give you an overall view of student financial aid and the processes. OCC has a full array of federal (Title IV) and state student financial aid programs with comprehensive details to each program listed on the left tabs.

Scholarships are administered by the OCC Scholarship Office. You have made one of the most important decisions regarding your future – attending college. Mission Statement
The mission of the Financial Aid Office is to insure that all student financial aid resources are distributed in accordance to federal and state guidelines in a fair and equitable manner.
Student Learning Outcomes:
1. Students who participate in student financial aid programs and services will be able to successfully use technological resources available to them.
2. Students will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of managing their personal finances.
3. Students who participate in student financial aid programs will transfer with a completed financial aid package. The information found on this web site is designed to assist all students, prospective students, and parents regarding the processes and procedures regarding federal and state student financial aid. During the current state and federal budget crisis and legislative changes concerning student financial aid, every effort has been made to update this site.
The Financial Aid Office is located on the 4th floor of Watson Hall with an auxillary station on the 1st Floor in the Enrollment Center.
