Classified Registration Information
If you attend a workshop, class, or tour during your working hours, you must have supervisor approval. This can be obtained verbally or in written form. If your supervisor wants a hard-copy document, complete this form, have your Supervisor sign, and file. It is your responsibility to obtain approval to attend a Staff Development event before you attend. These forms are also in the racks in the mailroom.
