Our non-judgmental environment focuses upon the positive, reduces stress and increases creativity while you explore the following learning tools:

Women in Transition 3-Part Series: Who Am I, What Do I Want, and How Do I Get There?

Discover new tools for living life with passion and purpose through life-changing events such as career and re-entry, divorce, retirement, relocation, empty nest, childbirth, marriage and aging parents. Rekindle your zest for life and ignite imagination as you explore “The Seven Stages of Transition,” and create a “Vision Board” to celebrate your future. Determining what you want can be one of the most challenging aspects of transition however, once you devote the time, and energy using creative insight you renew confidence in our ability to choose.

Joan Ramstedt has supported individuals through various life and professional transitions learned through leadership with non-profits, corporations and as an entrepreneur for 25 years. She has specialized training as a life coach and mind body counselor.
