                                  KUDOS GUIDELINES 
                                      

• Kudis recognition is given to OCC faculty, managers, and staff for representing the values of service, integrity, compassion, collaboration, and innovation by extending an extra measure of care and going over and above their job responsibilities.
• On-line nominations will be accepted through the Kudos site on the portal or public website. However, those who need assistance with the on-line process can contact Staff Development for help.
• All current OCC employees, including students, student assistants, and hourly employees are eligible.
• Kudos Awards will only be approved for individuals. While particular departments or sections will certainly shine, groups cannot be granted Kudos.
