Gourmet Adventures in Paddling 12-18 Man Outriggers

The Gourmet Adventures in Paddling takes outrigger canoes into different waterfront restaurants and eco-centers for breakfast, lunch and sunset dinners while enjoying the sun, sand, bayfront homes and coastline. Core fitness and balance are key components and will be developed during these gourmet padding adventures. Get fit, have fun and meet new people while enjoying Newport's finest locations. Choose from one of the following paddling adventures. Pre-registration is required.

Picnic

Floating Taco Cantina & Dinner
Date: Sunday, September 26

Fee: $75, (includes two big tacos and soft drinks)

Upper Newport Bay Eco-Touring and Back Bay Bistro
Date: Sunday, October 3
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Location: Newport Beach Aquatic Center
Fee: $78, includes one of three lunch choices

Singles Floating Pizza Party
Date: Sunday, October 24
Time: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Instructor, Alan Lukei has been involved in water sports including body and board surfing, wave-skiing, scuba, free diving and sailing for over 40 years. He has run numerous Colorado River trips as a secondary teacher in Orange County. He has taught classes in sailing, kayaking, canoeing for the City of Irvine and the City of Newport. In addition he has taught classes OCC, UCI, Irvine Valley and Saddleback College.
