Take Back Your Time Day
Robert Sessions, Professor of Philosophy, Kirkwood Community College, wrote this article for the Community College Humanity Association Fall, 2004, Magazine. The article discusses the fact that Americans experience an increasing amount of stress because they feel time starved for leisure activities. Professor Sessions has developed a humanities course at his community college which addresses this topic.
