  Refunds

To be eligible for a refund you must officially drop your course/s by the course refund deadline (refer to your Student Class Program on the Student tab of  your MyOCC portal page or see Dates to Remember.) If an instructor says they dropped you, it's still your responsibility to verify the drop.  

RETURN THE PARKING DECAL (if purchased) in-person or by mail. The Parking Decal must be postmarked or returned to the Enrollment Center (Registration Office) on or before the earliest refund deadline on your official Student Class Program, which is available via the student tab on your MyOCC portal.

Once you have officially dropped your courses by the refund deadline, you will see a credit balance on your account for fees paid for that course.  All credit balances will be automatically refunded to you via check beginning the 3rd week of the semester in which the fees were paid.  Please verify that your address on file is correct. You can update your mailing address via MyOCC, under the Student Tab, then click on Self Service.
