Women's Volleyball: Pirates earn No. 8 seed -- will host Canyons on Tuesday

COSTA MESA -- The Orange Coast College women's volleyball team will play the first round of the Southern California Regionals at home in the Peterson Gym on Tuesday night.
The Pirates (15-6) earned the No. 8 seed in the playoff pairings and will host the College of the Canyons (14-6) on Tuesday, beginning at 7 p.m.
The winner of Tuesday's match will play the winner of the No. 1 Irvine Valley vs. No. 16 Palomar matchup on Friday.
