Women's Basketball: Pirates to host Antelope Valley in regional playoff

COSTA MESA -- The Orange Coast College women's basketball team, seeded No. 1 in this year's Southern California Regional Playoffs, will face Antelope Valley in the second round on Saturday at 7 p.m. at OCC's Peterson Gym.
The Pirates (29-3) earned a first-round bye in the playoffs with the No. 1 seed and had to wait until late Wednesday night find out their opponent. The Marauders (19-13) defeated Santa Monica 57-45 on Wednesday to earn a trip to OCC's home court.
The winner of Saturday's game will face the winner between Chaffey and Cerritos on March 8.
