Women's Soccer: Pirates settle for 3-3 tie against Fullerton

FULLERTON -- The Orange Coast College women's soccer team overcame an early two-goal deficit en route to a 3-3 tie against Fullerton College on Friday afternoon in Orange Empire Conference action.
OCC (8-6-6, 6-4-4 in conference) trailed 2-0 in the first half, then took a 3-2 lead only to watch the Hornets (10-8-3, 7-6-2) tie things up in the final minute of play.
Beth Krikorian and Madison Empting each had a goal and an assist for the Pirates. Kaleigh Trider added a goal, while Brianna Vanderwal dished out an assist.
Coast returns to action on Tuesday at Golden West, beginning at 6 p.m. before wrapping up the regular season at the OCC Soccer Complex against Irvine Valley on Friday, beginning at 3 p.m.
