IRVINE -- Kallie Ryker's second-half hat trick helped lift the Orange Coast College women's soccer team to a 5-2 Orange Empire Conference win over Irvine Valley on Tuesday.
Ryker's three goals -- her second hat trick of the season -- gives the freshman 13 goals through the first 12 games. Julia Borkenhagen and Erica Munoz-Hardway each added goals for the Pirates (10-2, 6-2 in OEC), winners of five straight.
Taryn Bales dished out a pair of assists for Coast, while Ryker, Lara Tishler and Liana Fuentes also added helpers.
In goal, Alyssa Simon notched a pair of saves.
