Eligibility

Criteria for EOPS students include qualifying for the Board of Governor's Fee Waiver under options A or B as determined by the Financial Aid office. In addition to California residency and income requirements, EOPS applicants must be educationally disadvantaged according to Title V, Article 2 section 56220(e).

How to Apply

  1. Full-time Student
  2. California Resident
  3. Have Less Than 40 College Applicable Units
  4. Have Not Earned a College Degree or Certificate
  5. Qualify for B.O.G.F.W.
  6. Meet EOPS State Guidelines
  1. Complete an OCC Admission Application
  2. Complete the FAFSA including the BOGG Fee Waiver with the Financial Aid Office
  3. Complete EOPS Application
  4. Complete the College Placement Test
