• Identify and differentiate the variety and formats of potential sources for library and information research, including the difference between popular and scholarly resources.
• Demonstrate the ability to retrieve library and information resources in person or online using a variety of search strategies.
• Evaluate library and information resources critically for authority, relevancy, timeliness, and objectivity.
• Cite library and information resources according to the MLA, APA, or other style and understand why correct citation of these resources helps to avoid plagiarism.
