Mission Statement: 

The Green Initiative Fund (TGIF) Appropriations Councilis is established for and by the students of OCC, to empower and enable them to take an active role in making OCC a leader in sustainability and environmentally friendly practices. TGIF will educate the campus community and provide funding for projects that reduce OCC's impact on the environment without the rasing of student fees.
