Governance

The Orange Coast College Foundation is a 501(c)3 Non Profit Corporation.

It is comprised of a 30-member volunteer Board of Directors consisting of 25 community members, four members of the college administration, a faculty representative, and the president of the college’s associated students oversee the activities and programs of the Foundation.

The committees consiste of an Executive Committee, a Finance Committee and Marine Programs Committee and a Planetarium Committee.  These include members from the Board of Directors, Faculty, Staff and Community Members.
