The online helpdesk supports MyOCC access and Blackboard technical problems only.
If you are trying to access your classes through MyOCC and are experiencing difficulties,
you can click here to access your Blackboard classes
Since there will likely be a delay of up to 5 days and we know you need access to your account as soon as possible, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to help yourself before you submit a request:
  1. Forgot MyOCC Password?
    Please try the "Forgot Password?" Tool on the login page and reset your password through the alternate email password reset system.

  2.  Forgot MyOCC Username?
    Your MyOCC Username should be a combination of your first initial and last name, possibly followed by some numbers. For example Robert Lopez may be "rlopez23." Alternatively, you can try your student ID number in place of your username. Ex: C12345678

  3. Still Need Help?
    If you have tried the above troubleshooting steps and you still need help, submit a request and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Be advised, it may take up to 5 days before your password is reset.
