George Blanc served as Orange Coast College's dean of economic development and community education for 22 years. He continues to teach small business classes at OCC and works as a consultant for small businesses. Blanc earned a B.S. degree in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and an M.S. in business from University of Southern California.
Jan Norman is an award-winning newspaper reporter, columnist, book author and blogger. She writes the Jan Norman on Small Business blog online and the It’s Your Business column for the Orange County Register, one of California’s largest daily newspapers. She also has written five books on small business ownership. Her coverage of small business has been honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration with its top national award for journalists.
Sabrina Gibson is a top marketing specialist in internet marketing. She is CEO of Profit Partners Unlimited, Inc., an interactive online marketing company. Last year her firm reviewed more than 10,000 client websites and provided suggestions to increase results. A popular speaker, Gibson is also the inventor of “Smart and Sticky Websites.”

Jim Hodge manages Union Bank of California's Newport Beach office where he works with business lenders and bankers in the Orange County area. His banking career spans more than 16 years. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University Fullerton, where he majored in business finance with an emphasis in investments.
Charles Zellerbach, a business and management instructor at Orange Coast College, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School with an MBA in Finance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Williams College. Zellerbach is a board member of the Zellerbach Family Foundation and REALVision Inc.
