February 8 Class Will Help Clarify Goals
A new Orange Coast College Community Education offering, “Create a Vision Board – Bring Your Dreams to Life!” will help participants put new life into their goals and dreams on Saturday, February 8. By creating a vision board, participants will clarify their goals including exercises in a fun and supportive environment. The session runs from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Art Center 322.
The presenter, Jennifer Lothrigel, specializes in using creative approaches for achieving body-mind-spirit wellness.
