OCC SAT Test Prep Helps Students Boost College Prospects

Saturday Workshop Series Begins February 15

Orange Coast College Community Education will present a three-week workshop, SAT Test Prep Advantage, on 15-March 1. All of the methods, skills, strategies and knowledge employed will help students improve their SAT/ACT and PSAT scores by at least 150 points or they may repeat the class for free.

The class will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Classroom on the OCC campus. Registration fee is $215 plus $20 at class for materials. Presenter Robert McIlhenny, an educator since 1967, has been a principal, a vice principal, a teacher and a coach. He has been honored as “Teacher of the Year” three times, and is the recipient of the “Award of Excellence” in the Outstanding Teacher Recognition Program of the University of California three times. Recently heMcIlhenny was awarded the “Most Inspirational Teacher” award for Los Angeles County. Since 1979, he has teamed up with high schools and community colleges to help thousands of students achieve their best score on the college entrance exams.
