A fascinating three-unit course that examines the similarities and differences of cultures located throughout the world will be offered this spring by Orange Coast College's Anthropology Department.
Spring semester classes begin on Monday, Jan. 30.
Titled "Comparative Cultures," and listed as Anthropology 110 in OCC's schedule, the course meets Wednesday afternoons, from 2:30-5:40 p.m.
The course will compare and contrast non-western societies with one another, as well as with western societies. The course is of particular value to employees of multinational companies, general education students, and anthropology majors. It is fully transferable to the University of California and California State University systems.
Spring registration is under way, and registration appointments are available in OCC's Admissions Office. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to
