A three-unit class that surveys the many dimensions of business, with a focus on careers, will be offered this spring by Orange Coast College's Business Division.
Spring semester classes begin on Monday, Jan. 30.
Listed as Business 100 in OCC's schedule, eight different sections of the course are slated. They meet mornings, afternoons, late afternoons, and evenings. Two sections are offered online.
The course focuses on business organization, management, marketing, legal aspects, international business, business climate, financial operations, the banking system, and investments. It is fully transferable to the University of California and California State University systems.
Spring registration is under way, and registration appointments are available in OCC's Admissions Office. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to
6:30 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
OCC's spring enrollment fees are $26 per unit. The spring schedule is listed on the college's Internet web page (orangecoastcollege.edu). The printed schedule is available in the Admissions Office.
