Women's Soccer: Pirates roll past Norco, 3-0

NORCO -- The Orange Coast College women's soccer team found the "win" column for the first time in Orange Empire Conference play, posting a 3-0 win over the newly-formed Norco College Mustangs on Tuesday at Norco College.
 
Kiley Leshin, Cindy Rubio and Emma Pridmore each scored goals for the Pirates (5-2, 1-2 in OEC), while assists were turned in by Natalie Seroka, Jessica Amaral and Sara Gomez.
 
Goalkeeper Emily Harrier notched three saves to pick up the shutout win for Coast.
 
All three goals came 16 minutes apart for the Pirates. After Leshin's tally in the 18th minute, Rubio made it 2-0 in the 34th minute before Pridmore's goal in the 50th minute sealed the deal.
 
OCC will return to action on Friday at home against Santa Ana College, beginning at 3 p.m.
