VEAL, FRIED CHICKEN AND SMOKED SALMON ON THIS FRIDAY’S ECLECTIC CAFÉ MENU

The Eclectic Café will present a gourmet lunch at a fresh price on Friday, March 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Student Center. Lunch is $7.00. Call x26435 to make a lunch reservation or order a take-out lunch. Take-out orders, at a cost of $8.00, are available until 12:30 p.m.

This week’s menu offers three entrees: veal banquette with house-made egg noodles with chef’s vegetables, fried chicken and waffles, or smoked salmon and penne pasta with chef’s vegetables. Diners can choose from mixed spring greens with candied walnuts, pear and gorgonzola crumbles or spinach and artichoke crostini from the appetizer/salad menu. Dessert will be a chocolate flourless cake with melted ganache and raspberry sauce. Lunch also includes assorted bread and rolls and a choice of beverage.
