ECLECTIC CAFÉ TO SERVE LAMB, VEAL AND SWORDFISH FRIDAY

The Eclectic Café will present a gourmet lunch at a fresh price on Friday, March 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Student Center. Lunch is $7.00. Call x26435 to make a lunch reservation or order a take-out lunch. Take-out orders, at a cost of $8.00, are available until 12:30 p.m.

This week’s menu offers three entrees: grilled lamb kabob with cous cous, veal Parmesan with spaghetti and marinara, and grilled swordfish with roasted potatoes and vegetables hollandaise. Diners can choose from beet endive salad with blue cheese, red pepper hummus and green olive tapenade with baked pita chips or stuffed mushrooms with mushroom duxelle, Parmesan and bread crumbs from the appetizer/salad menu. Dessert will be carrot cake. Lunch also includes assorted bread and rolls and a choice of beverage.
