TAP PIONEER TO LEAD FREE MASTER DANCE CLASS AT OCC
Lane Alexander, co-founder and artistic director of the Chicago Human Rhythm Project, will conduct a master tap dance class at Orange Coast College on Sunday, Oct. 19 from 2-4 p.m. in Dance Studio B, located adjacent to the college gymnasium. The class is sponsored by the OCC Dance Department and Rhapsody in Taps and is open to the public. Admission is free.

OCC LIBRARY TO HOST USED BOOK SALE OCT. 21-22
Orange Coast College’s Friends of the Library will sell used books on Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 21 and 22, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the campus library. A variety of books will be available from bestsellers, romance and mysteries to science, art, history and computers. Most books sell for $1. The sale will culminate with a “buck-a-bag” sale from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday.
