About Mu Alpha Theta:
Mu Alpha Theta, the National High School and Two-Year College Mathematics Honor Society, "is dedicated to inspiring keen interest in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics in high school and two-year college students."

Over the past several years, the OCC chapter of Mu Alpha Theta has established itself as an active organization, participating in campus-wide events and activities, hosting a celebration on Pi Day (March 14) and a special induction dinner for new members.
Chapter Involvement
There are lots of reasons to get involved and just as many ways!  Consider applying for an appointed position for the 2015-2016  academic year, or serve on a committee that needs help with an upcoming event, project or activity.
