We work with on-campus departments and community organizations to serve adults seeking to develop literacy and basic skills, advance their education, obtain employment, and improve their wages. Are you interested in receiving 1:1 help to navigate college? Call our office to set up an appointment with Rena Quinonez, Outreach Specialist, at 714-432-5988. Daytime and evening appointments are available. We are located in Clark Center.
Apply for Admission to OCC.
Complete a free, online application. Once your application is processed, you will receive an email with account login information to access MyOCC, the student portal system.

Make a Plan for Your Education.
Meet with an academic counselor to develop an educational plan, explore career options, and learn more about valuable student services available to you. To schedule an appointment, you can call (714) 432-5078, complete the online form, or visit the Counseling Center in person during office hours.
