​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​For those considering a career in the exciting and fast­paced world of airline travel, Orange Coast College's airline and travel program is an excellent and affordable option. The program is designed for students who are ready to pursue highly coveted positions as flight attendants and travel industry specialists.


Students enrolled in the airline and travel program will work both on campus and at international travel hub John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana. Students will also be given the opportunity to hone their people skills by working at high-profile community and charity events. 


​Upon completion of the program, students' job prospects are excellent, with the airline and travel industry expected to grow in the next decade.

This program prepares men and women of all ages for highly competitive customer service careers such as flight attendant, in the airline and travel industry. Courses cover topics such as hiring qualifications and requirements, communication skills. appearance and image standards. oral interviewing techniques, and airline, airport and travel terminology and codes. 

 

Corporate/Contract Flight Attendant 

Corporate aviation is one the largest-growing entities within the aviation community. Since 2001, the corporate side of aviation has flourished. with an increased demand for larger aircraft and "third crew" member responsibilities and placement. ​
