The last day to petition for an Associate Degree and/or Certificate of Achievement for the Fall 2008 semester is Oct 15, 2008.
Note: Deadlines for refunds, registration, and withdrawals are different for each course. For specific deadlines, please refer to your Student Class Program(Web Schedule Bill) or contact the Student Records Office at (714) 432-5772 during the business hours listed above for specific course information. Students are responsible for verifying that their request has been received AND processed in order to avoid grade/fee penalties.
*Students who never attend a class or stop attending a class at any time, MUST officially withdraw themselves by the stated deadlines to avoid grade/fee penalties . Students may withdraw from classes using MyOCC, contact the Student Records Office in person (during business hours), by mail (postmarked by the US Postmaster by stated deadline), or using the Touch-tone Telephone System (see dates above) at (714) 438-8222. Touch-tone is unavailable after August 21, 2008 for Fall 2008.

If a holiday falls on Friday, then Saturday and Sunday classes will NOT meet.
If the holiday falls on Monday, then Saturday and Sunday classes WILL meet.
If a holiday falls on both Friday and Monday, Saturday and Sunday classes will NOT meet.
