EOPS, CARE, Guardian Scholars and UMOJA

EOPS/CAREEOPS, CARE, Guardian Scholars, and UMOJA programs will reopen remotely on Tuesday March 31, 2020, with weekday hours from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.   

 

Our primary goal is to serve you safely. In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), all programs are taking steps to protect our students, peers, and communities by limiting exposure while still servicing students. Our first step is to provide you services remotely via online, phone and email.  

 

EOPS students please check your CANVAS for updates.  All other programs please check your email for program updates.

 

We will do our best to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Should you not be able to reach someone, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call. We thank you for your patience during the influx of online activity.

EOPS & CARE Counseling Appointments:

To make an appointment please log onto your EOPS CANVAS Community Center for instructions on how to book a phone and/or online appointment. Go to Cranium Café to schedule an online counseling appointment.

 

 

 

Guardian Scholars, CalWORKs and UMOJA Counseling & Specialist Appointments: 

 

Phone Counseling Option 

Call the program's virtual front desk to schedule an appointment.  Leave a message and program staff will return your call.


Online Counseling 

Visit Cranium Café to schedule an online general counseling appointment.

 

Student Resources: 

Every program is reviewing how to best deliver your resources.  You will receive an email from your program with more information on the process. 

 

Program Events: 

Workshops, field trips, and other gathering events are postponed. As this information changes, program participants will receive email/CANVAS communication with updated information. 

 

General Inquiries, Questions or Concerns: 

Students with general questions about the program or their continued eligibility may call the virtual front office or email the program lead during regular business hours for general questions.
