For the safety and well-being of our community, OCC's campus is temporarily closed until further notice. While the Enrollment Center's in-person services are temporarily suspended during this time, some of our services are available to students online and via email. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Inquiries and Forms:
If you would like to submit a form during the campus closure, please utilize the following email addresses and send forms (in PDF format) using your student email (@student.cccd.edu) account. In addition, please include your full name and OCC student ID number in ALL communication/inquiries to the College.

Ordering OCC Transcripts:
All transcript orders are processed
online. Please note that we are unable to produce paper transcripts during the campus closure. If you are able to utilize an electronic PDF transcript, we encourage students to order the PDF version. This can be sent to yourself or directly to the receiving college/university.
Sending Other Transcripts to OCC:
Due to the campus closure we are currently unable to process incoming (paper) transcripts received via mail. If you would like to send
official transcripts to OCC, please select the electronic/PDF delivery option. Transcripts can also be sent to
email@example.com, however, these must be received directly from the institution to ensure validity. Transcripts received via (paper) mail will be reviewed once we resume on-campus operations.

Pass/No Pass (P/NP) Grade Option:
