Orange Coast College's instructional on-campus restaurant will feature weekly regionally themed menu offerings from all over the world during the Spring 2019 semester.
College faculty and staff, as well as members of the surrounding community, have the choice to eat lunch or dinner on select Thursdays from September to December at OCC's on-campus restaurant. Lunch seatings are scheduled for 11:30, and dinner seatings are scheduled for 6 p.m.
The 75-seat restaurant provides hands-on training for culinary students, and a gourmet dining experience for diners. The menu themes for the semester are as follows:
- Feb. 28 - Mexico
- March 7 - Italian
- March 14 - France
- March 21 - Spain
- April 4 - Greece
- April 11 - China
- April 18 - Japan
- April 25 - Thailand
- May 2 - India
- May 9 - American Regional - California
- May 16 - American Regional - Cajun/Creole
