Orange Coast College's instructional on-campus restaurant, The Captain's Table, will be serving Southern cooking on Thursday, Sept. 29.
College faculty and staff, as well as members of the surrounding community, have the choice to eat lunch at the Captain's Table at 11:50 a.m., or dinner at 5:50 p.m. on select Thursdays from September to December. The 75-seat restaurant provides hands-on training for culinary students, and a gourmet dining experience for diners.
Upcoming menu themes include Florida on Oct. 5, Louisiana on Oct. 12, and Great Lakes & the Midwest on Oct. 19.
