The heart of the Food Service and Culinary Arts programs at Orange Coast College is the instructional run Captain's Table Restaurant. This 75-seat restaurant provides a real-life training facility for students and a gourmet dining option for the campus and community.
The Captain's Table, when not being used as an instructional lab, may be reserved for banquets and related functions.
The Dining Room Service and Dining Room Management students and the Ala Minute class host Thursday lunches in the Captain's Table during the Fall & Spring semesters. These lunches are open to the public.
