Veteran/Dependent Counseling

OCC is fortunate to have a designated counselor for our veteran & dependent students who has a thorough understanding of the academic progress needed to fulfill your certificate or degree requirements, in addition to the impact that your course selection will have on your benefits. All students who are utilizing G.I. Bill Education benefits are required to meet with this counselor for any changes to their Student Education Plans. While students who are not utilizing benefits are not required to meet with our veteran counselor, all military connected students are welcome to take advantage of this service.

OCC's Veteran Counselor will begin offering Virtual services (both via phone and video conference) on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Virtual services will continue for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester.
