Veterans whose date of separation is within 15 years will be eligible for priority registration if they have:

Otherwise, general counseling is located on the 3rd floor of Watson Hall.
If you are not using education benefits but believe you qualify for priority registration, please bring a copy of your DD214 or active military ID to Veterans Services.
If you have at least one year active duty service with an honorable discharge, you may be eligible to receive activity credit towards a degree at OCC. Please submit your DD214 (member-4) to Veterans Services.
OCC is fortunate to have an academic counselor designated for veteran students and dependents. While students who are not using education benefits are not required to meet with the veteran counselor, they are still permitted to utilize this benefit. All counseling appointments with the veteran counselor must be scheduled through Veterans Services. For those students who prefer to see a general counselor, appointments can be made through OCC’s general counseling.
