Hours and days of operation vary and are in accordance with the Orange Coast College calendar. The Children's Center is closed during holidays and college breaks. For families receiving financial assistance for childcare, class, work, and study time are given on the basis of need and availability. The following is a schedule of hours and days of operation.

Full-Cost Family Fees
A $125.00 (plus $75 for each additional child) registration fee will be charged at the initial registration process and once a year thereafter during the fall semester registration process only.

Subsidized Parent Fees:
The Children's Center administers a Child Development grant from the California Department of Education, Child Development Division, to subsidize the childcare costs for eligible low-income families. Parents who qualify for subsidized services are required by law to share the cost of their childcare according to family size and income. Parent fees and the payment policy are set by the Department of Education. Fees are determined by gross monthly family income, family size and hours of care provided.
All parent fees are charged for days of enrollment as determined by the State Department of Education or by Full-Cost Contract. Refunds for absences are not permitted. Fees will not be charged for days that the Children’s Center is closed.
