The Common Application for Transfer has two areas within the application where you may be asked to submit transcripts. Each of the two processes are outlined below:
Academic History- this section will indicate which schools require a transcript sent directly to the Common App.
Program Materials- this section will indicate whether each college or university selected requires a transcript sent directly to that campus.
Sending transcripts to Common Application
After entering colleges attended, there will be an option to “download Transcript Matching Form” for each college attended. Consult the “Program Requirements” box (#1 below) to determine which of your Common App schools need official transcripts. If one or more college indicates that this is needed, download the form (#2 below) and request your transcript to be mailed to the address on the Matching Form. Only one transcript needs to be sent to Liaison/ Common Application even if multiple schools are listed under "program requirements." This form will need to be attached electronically to your official transcript request.

Sign electronically or download the Transfer Matching Form, SIGN it and Scan to PDF. Instructions for providing your attachment will be given AFTER the order has been submitted. After you submit, you will get a status message that says "Order Accepted for Processing" Next you will see an "Additional Action Required" box, where you will have the option to upload the Common Application Matching Form.
Sending transcripts to College/ University Campus(es)

Final grades are typically posted mid-January for fall and mid-June for spring.
