Orange Coast College currently does not offer on-campus student housing.  Here are some resources to help you in your search.

Kapi Residences Student Housing provides off-campus student housing that is very affordable, convenient and easy to book for students. Kapi Residences provides fully furnished apartments that are within close distance from Orange Coast College (OCC).  Placement includes up to 2 students per bedroom through shared housing; private rooms can also be arranged.  Utilities and twice a month cleaning service are also included in the rental rates. For more information and to apply for accommodation, please contact:

As an international student, you can also choose to participate in a homestay program and live with a local family.  If you are interested in a homestay program, you can directly contact one of the homestay agencies listed below for more information and pricing.
