Title IX Office


Orange Coast College welcomes students back to campus in a phased reopening for the Fall 2021 semester. Offices will be open for in-person services; a schedule of in-person department/office hours can be viewed here.

The Title IX Office is available for limited in-person services. Please contact the Title IX Coordinator if you have questions or require support. All services of the Title IX Office continue to be available remotely as well.

Students, staff, administrators, and faculty are entitled to an educational and working environment free from gender or sex-based discrimination and harassment. Sexual harassment, including sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking, is unlawful sex discrimination.

Orange Coast College's Title IX Office supports a safe, inclusive, and nondiscriminatory educational and working environment and will provide a prompt and equitable response to any report of sexual harassment made to the Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Office also implements prevention, education, and training to increase awareness, influence a change in behavior and bystander intervention, and comply with mandatory training requirements.

To report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking, please complete this FORM. Note this form does not constitute a formal complaint, for more information please refer to Section 9.6 of the District policy AP 5910 Sexual Misconduct.
