Board Policy 5910 Sexual Misconduct and Administrative Procedure 5910 Sexual Misconduct provides a process to address alleged violations of prohibited conduct by students. When an incident is reported to Orange Coast College, it will take appropriate action to address the incident, which may include an investigation, informal resolution, interim remedies, or other administrative action.
